Anybody have anything to help with fatigue?
Flashback to yesterday:
It was in my 8AM class and I’d already been up for a while. Well, around 8:30, I started getting really sleepy and then just fell asleep. Then after waking up my heart rate went up really high (I have ortho-static hypotension so I normally have a really low rate) andfelt awful.
Mum being the healthcare professional she is said that it’s either fatigue or I had a mild anxiety attack (from being around people I don’t know). And not saying that I have an anxiety disorder at all; strange people just make me nervous.
I honestly can’t say what happened but if it is fatigue can anybody tell me something to help? Thank you.
